Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the product.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, providing accurate product information.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into actual customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and align with the company’s marketing strategies.
- Record customer details and keep the database updated regularly.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Represent the product in a professional and positive manner during all communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably telesales).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficient in using computer tools and messaging apps (Excel / WhatsApp / CRM).
- English and Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
