About the Role:
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales?
We're looking for energetic Tele sales Executives to join our team and help drive customer engagement and acquisition. No prior experience needed – we provide full training!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential users to introduce products and promotions
- Explain offers and assist new users with registration and onboarding
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into active players
- Maintain a positive relationship with players to ensure retention
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
- Report feedback and trends to the team to improve user experience
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, Tamil and Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude
- Passion for online platforms, or sales is a plus
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools
- High energy, confidence, and the ability to adapt quickly
- Must be an immediate joiner
