HolidayBest Gulf is looking for an experienced Ticket Booking Manager to handle daily flight reservations, manage GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), and ensure smooth booking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage airline ticket bookings & reissuances
- Handle cancellations, refunds & fare rules
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & clients
- Ensure accuracy of reservations and timely confirmations
- Supervise ticketing staff & daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing & reservations
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
