We’re looking for a Ticketing Executive to manage outbound bookings & client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Book and issue tickets for outbound travel
- Communicate with travel agencies & direct customers
- Handle amendments, refunds & reissuances
- Provide excellent customer service & support
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in airline ticketing
- Proficiency in Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented & detail-focused
