We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Live creators and management.
1. Be responsible for creators education & training. Provide systematic education and training for creators to help them become familiar with and understand TikTok platform, live functions and platform policies.
2. Develop development paths and content strategies for creators, monitor creator live performance, and help creators improve data and content quality.
3. Daily creator operations, providing help, support and communication to creators, encouraging creators to go live broadcasting; and weekly/monthly dimension creator performance analysis.
4. Cooperate with the XFN teams to brainstorm and design creator activities and coordinate platform resources to achieve business goals.
5. Based on the MENA region and the live industry itself, to provide strategic thinking and methodological suggestions for TikTok MENA live creator operations.
