Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and lay tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.) on floors, walls, and other surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying appropriate adhesives.
- Mix and apply grout, ensuring tiles are properly aligned and finished.
- Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles as required.
- Use hand tools, cutting machines, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow company safety standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tile Fixer in construction or fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of tile installation techniques and materials.
- Ability to measure and cut tiles accurately.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and finishing quality.
Preferred:
- Prior UAE/GCC experience.
- Immediate availability to join.
