- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar.
- Cut and shape tiles using hand tools or power tools (e.g., tile saws, nippers, grinders).
- Lay tiles in accordance with design patterns and specifications.
- Apply grout between tiles and clean finished surfaces.
- Repair or replace broken or chipped tiles.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain tools and work area in clean and functional condition.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other construction professionals.
