Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Tower Crane Operator with proven experience working on high-rise construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment as required on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tower cranes efficiently and safely according to project needs
- Work closely with riggers and site supervisors for material handling
- Perform routine crane inspections and maintenance checks
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and crane operation protocols
- Maintain logs and documentation related to crane operations
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Tower Crane Operator license/certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating tower cranes on high-rise buildings in the UAE
- Strong understanding of crane capacity, load charts, and safety practices
- Physically fit and alert, with good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in extreme weather conditions when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major tower crane brands (Liebherr, Potain, Comansa, etc.)
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures (HSE certification is a plus)
- Multilingual (Arabic, English, Hindi) is an added advantage
