Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Trailer Driver to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently across designated routes in Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license and a solid understanding of road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trailer trucks to transport cargo to and from specified locations.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods as per schedules.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo using proper safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and inspection reports.
- Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate with dispatchers and clients to report delays or issues.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
- Follow GPS and route maps to optimize fuel efficiency and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license for heavy vehicles (Category 4).
- Minimum 2–5 years of trailer driving experience in the UAE or GCC.
- Knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and delivery procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads if required.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Flexible to work long hours, night shifts, or weekends if needed.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems for minor troubleshooting is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
