Overview
Job Description
- Manage appointments according to recipients (Portal, Email, or via phone or chat tools).
- Notify the involved departments as well as the client of any risks that may lead to missed appointments.
- Capture delivery appointments for orders managed and confirmed by recipients in TMS and in appointment format files.
- Inform all areas of the shared Drive with confirmation of the recipients' appointments.
- Manage rescheduling with recipients if required.
- Manage the appointment once the guide is displayed in the TMS.
- Ensure efficient appointment scheduling.
- Ensure and guarantee an efficient communication channel with the different areas.
- Ensure that all orders submitted by the client are assigned their respective appointment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation areas.
- Knowledge of basic operating procedures (receiving and dispatching). Basic knowledge of product handling and manipulation. Obtaining freight vehicles and handling freight.
