Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft tailored travel packages based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and travel planning services to clients for domestic and international travel.
- Promote and sell travel services including Umrah packages, holiday tours, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa services.
- Build travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.
- Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage customer records using travel booking systems.
- Handle inquiries and provide after-sales support professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination knowledge.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing and package customization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and systems (e.g., GDS/Amadeus/Sabre is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
- Language- Malayalam, Hindi & English. Arabic is a plus if known.
Benefits:
Base Salary + incentives based on the performance.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
