Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized travel solutions to clients, including flight ticketing, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and tour packages.
- Plan and organize inbound and outbound travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Handle client inquiries, provide expert advice, and resolve issues promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo to book flights, hotels, and other travel services efficiently.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, airline policies, and tour offerings to provide accurate and current information to clients.
- Collaborate with travel service providers, airlines, and hotels to negotiate competitive rates and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate client records, bookings, and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch’s overall performance goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel consultancy, ticketing, or tour operations.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and visa processes.
