We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Holidays and Flight Ticket Sales Executive to join our dynamic travel team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, selling holiday packages, and booking domestic and international flight tickets. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about travel and customer service.
- Sell and promote holiday packages and flight tickets (both domestic and international)
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, destinations, and pricing
- Customize holiday packages based on customer preferences and budgets
- Process reservations and issue tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer profiles
- Stay updated on airline policies, visa requirements, and travel trends
