We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Governess/Tutor to provide academic support for a child. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, have a strong understanding of early childhood development, and be willing to travel with our family during summer and winter breaks. A US, UK, or European passport is a must for travel purposes.
Responsibilities
- Academic Support: Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to help our child excel in their studies, including reading, writing, math, and other subjects as needed.
- Curriculum Development: Create engaging and personalized lesson plans that align with the child's educational goals and interests.
- Homework Assistance: Assist with homework assignments and ensure completion.
- Travel Companion: Be willing to accompany the family on domestic and international trips during summer and winter breaks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, early childhood development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a governess, tutor, or teacher.
- Strong academic skills and a passion for education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide individualized instruction.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Must carry a European or North American passport for traveling reasons.
- Must have own Visa and residency.
Job Conditions
- Type of contract: full Time, Live-OUT
- Working hours: 10am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday. Must be available at the family home Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm.
- Day off once a week, Sunday off.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
