Typist

We are looking for skilled and experienced typist to join our team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in typing services
• Excellent knowledge of UAE government services and procedures
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus
• Ability to handle various typing and document preparation tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Typing and formatting official documents
• Handle all UAE government-related applications, including but not limited to Emirates ID (EID), E-Channel, Tas-heel, etc
• Manage visa related services for individuals and companies: issue, renew, and cancel visas; apply for Golden Visa and residency; open sponsor files and clear absconding cases.
• Communicating with customers in a professional and clear manner
• Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and strong work ethics at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of government portals (Tas-heel, E-Channel, GDRFA, ICA, etc.)
• Fast and accurate typing skills (Arabic and English preferred)
• Familiarity with labor and immigration laws and procedures
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email communication)
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
