Smile Link Dental Laboratory is a leading dental laboratory committed to providing top-quality services and products to dental professionals. As we expand to meet the growing demand for our services, we are seeking a highly motivated Admin Coordinator (UAE National) to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Administration, Accounting, or related fields)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized and efficient
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in billing/invoicing is a plus
- Strong personality with leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Performing clerical tasks (data encoding, scanning, email monitoring, message responses)
- Receiving and checking in new case items
- Filing and documenting work orders
- Preparing for packing and deliveries
- Tracking case flow and monitoring systems
- Arranging pick-up and delivery schedules
- Following up post-delivery and tracking
- Maintaining and organizing the workstation.
- Handling other tasks as per job designation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
