We are hiring an experienced Garage Foreman to manage day-to-day operations in our automotive workshop located in Sharjah Industrial Area-3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians.
- Oversee all types of vehicle repair work: mechanical, electrical, bodywork (painting and denting), and diagnostics.
- Prepare repair estimates and coordinate with suppliers for spare parts.
- Plan and prioritize jobs to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.
- Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and parts inventory.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman in an automotive workshop in the UAE or Gulf region.
- Strong knowledge of petrol and diesel vehicle repair and diagnostics.
- Skilled in estimating repair costs and managing spare parts.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
