Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily garage operations and workshop staff (mechanics, electricians, etc.)
Schedule and monitor maintenance and repair work for all company/fleet vehicles
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and quality standards
Diagnose vehicle issues and support technical staff with complex repairs
Manage job cards, maintenance records, and daily logs
Coordinate with procurement and management for timely spare parts purchase
Conduct regular inspections of workshop tools and safety equipment
Train and evaluate workshop team performance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Garage/Workshop Supervisor or similar role
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and reporting skills
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
