Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of mechanics and technicians. Ensure staff maintain high standards of work and are compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Workshop Operations: Oversee all vehicle repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on all work performed and ensure that repairs are completed to the manufacturer’s standards.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and any issues discovered during the repair process.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order workshop supplies and spare parts, ensuring that inventory is always stocked and available.
- Health & Safety: Ensure the workshop operates in compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper equipment handling and work practices.
- Troubleshooting: Assist technicians with complex repairs and diagnostics when required.
