Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the supportive link between our clients and veterinary team.
- Greet pet owners with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
- Support client communication, including calls and messages, as needed.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the clinicWarmly greet and assist pet owners.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a veterinary receptionist role is not required.
- A positive, client-focused attitude and a genuine love for animals
