Fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in properties, holiday homes, and tourism, are seeking a creative and skilled Photo/Videographer to capture and produce high-quality visual content that showcases our properties and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture professional-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties (interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle, and community highlights).
- Plan, shoot, and produce creative property walkthroughs, social media reels., virtual tours, marketing videos, and drone footage.
- Edit photos and videos using professional software to ensure they are polished, engaging, and optimized for marketing platforms.
- Create compelling visual narratives that highlight the value and unique selling points of each property.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends in real estate marketing, photography, videography, and social media content.
- Manage and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, drones, and other related equipment.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute new visual ideas to attract clients and investors.
- Organize shoots, plan schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional photographer/videographer
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or high-quality creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related tools.
- Strong sense of composition, lighting, and detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and passion for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media trends and content creation techniques is highly desirable.
