About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and capturing high-quality video content that supports our brand, marketing, and storytelling goals. The ideal candidate is confident in operating video equipment and has a strong eye for visual composition and lighting. --- Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute video shoots across various formats (interviews, commercials, events, BTS, etc.). Operate professional cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment. Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure creative vision is achieved. Manage shooting logistics including location setup, equipment checks, and technical troubleshooting. Maintain organized media files and ensure proper backup of footage. Ensure consistent visual quality across all shoots in line with brand standards. --- Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience in videography. Proficient in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting rigs, and audio gear. Strong understanding of shot composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement. Ability to manage shoots independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to travel for shoots when needed. A portfolio or reel showcasing your videography work is required.
