Videographer – Real Estate
We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shooting and editing high-quality video content, with a particular focus on real estate properties. This role requires someone who can work independently to produce visually compelling videos that showcase the unique features and appeal of each property.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for real estate listings, promotional campaigns, and social media.
- Ensure optimal lighting, composition, and color balance throughout the filming and editing process.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on creative direction and project goals.
- Manage video projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize all video assets, raw footage, and project files for easy access and future use.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit high-quality video content independently.
- Solid understanding of color grading, lighting, and audio for video production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work—experience in real estate videography is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
