Overview
Elevated, late-night, entertainment, dining & lounge environment seeking a VIP-focused waitress to host, liaise, and curate bespoke experiences for high-spend tables. Join one of the top hospitality companies operating in the Middle East. Fluency in English and one other European language required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own VIP reservation journey from confirmation to farewell
- Guide guests through signature dishes and premium beverage options; maximize average check through tailored upsells
- Coordinate with security, door, bar, and floor teams for seamless guest flow
- Maintain meticulous guest notes to strengthen loyalty and repeat visitation
- Uphold grooming and brand presentation standards in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience as a VIP Waitress in luxury venues
- Demonstrated upselling, guest-relations, and complaint-resolution skills
- Fluent English; additional European language required
- Strong product knowledge (food, premium spirits, Champagne)
- Impeccable grooming and poise
