Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Visit Visa Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in handling UAE visit visa processing for all nationalities, with a strong focus on B2B agent coordination and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Process UAE visit visa applications, extensions, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Manage visa posting and submissions on government platforms (ICP, GDRFA).
Work closely with B2B travel agents and build a strong sales pipeline.
Provide guidance on visa documentation and application procedures.
Keep up to date with UAE immigration rules and updates.
Handle customer and agent queries promptly via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain records of all visa transactions and client interactions.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in Dubai visa consultancy (Visit Visa handling is mandatory).
Proven experience in working with multiple B2B agents.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai/UAE visa procedures and submission portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and visa management systems.
Ability to work independently and meet sales and processing targets.
