New Quetta Restaurant LLC is looking for a Pakistani National Waiter with prior experience in the UAE food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic to efficiently communicate with customers and ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers warmly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each guest.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per UAE guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Pakistani
- Language: Must speak Arabic fluently.
- Experience: Minimum 3 year of UAE experience in a waiter role, preferably in a Pakistani or Arabic cuisine restaurant.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 1300 – AED 1500 (based on experience)
