Job Description:
Meokja is looking for friendly, enthusiastic with pleasing personality servers to join our team! As a server at our Korean restaurant, you will play a key role in providing an authentic and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu, explaining traditional Korean dishes and making recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor tables and promptly address guest requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Handle payments and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train!
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
