As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services or events

Qualifications
