Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers.
- Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes according to project specifications.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with proper techniques for smooth and even coverage.
- Protect surrounding areas (furniture, floors, fixtures) by covering with protective sheets or tape.
- Inspect surfaces and completed work to ensure quality, uniformity, and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform touch-ups, repairs, and repainting where necessary.
- Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter / Wall Painter.
- Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to prepare surfaces and handle painting tools and equipment safely.
- Good eye for detail, color matching, and finishing quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in various environments.
- Previous experience in the UAE/GCC construction industry is an advantage.
