About the Job
- Proactive and appropriate communication via email, phone and in person with customers, suppliers, transport companies and internal departments.
- Create and provide required documentation (good receipt note, packing list, delivery note etc.)
- Ensuring workshop goods are accurately matched and receipted on the database.
- Ensure that all workshop goods or material discrepancies are reported to the Team Leader/Supervisor and support on following up with the relevant department.
- Support on planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy in line with efficient utilization of space.
- Ensure correct and accurate data entry and report creation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (e.g. detailing performance against KPI, timesheets, claim)
- Active preparation and support on monthly billing and all other finance related topics (eg. Cash vouchers)
- Communicate with Team Leader / Supervisor on daily/weekly requirements/updates.
- Liaise with the administrational department or external vendors/supplies if required for any damages, repairs, supplies (eg. Forklift equipment, Printer, Labels)
- In addition to your specific job responsibilities, you may be called upon to carry out specific assignments by your team leader / supervisor.
