About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the complete operations of our warehouses. The ideal candidate will ensure full check and balance of all products and inventories, manage check-in/check-out processing, and maintain safe storage and handling of all goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Goods Handling: Supervise all product check-in and check-out activities, ensuring proper documentation.
- Safety & Storage: Ensure goods are stored under proper safety standards to prevent damage, contamination or loss.
- Process Management: Oversee smooth and timely inbound/outbound operations.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and guide warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational reports.
Precautions & Compliance:
- Strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols (fire safety, PPE, hazard prevention).
- Ensure secure and restricted access to warehouse areas.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable to avoid expired or outdated stock.
- Prevent over stacking, product mix-ups and mishandling.
- Regular equipment maintenance checks (forklifts, racks, lifting tools).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness to prevent accidents and product damage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Inventory Accuracy Rate – Match between actual stock and system records.
- Order Fulfillment Accuracy – Percentage of error-free orders processed.
- On-Time Dispatch Rate – Orders shipped on or before schedule.
- Stock Loss/Damage Rate – Minimal percentage of lost or damaged items.
- Warehouse Safety Compliance – Zero or minimal safety incidents.
- Storage Utilization Efficiency – Effective use of available space.
- Processing Turnaround Time – Average time taken for check-in/check-out operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years’ proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office.
