Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a team to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Ensure accurate inventory management through audits and SOP adherence
- Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff
- Coordinate logistics to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in the UAE
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory control and warehouse optimization
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Warehouse Supervisor in UAE: 3 years (Required)
- hypermarket operations: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Arabic (Preferred)
- English (Required)
License/Certification:
- Attested University Certificate from MOFA (Preferred)
