We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, optimize storage and distribution processes, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong logistical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage warehouse staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and optimized vehicle routes to ensure timely deliveries while maximizing efficiency and minimizing operational costs.
- Supervised and coordinated transportation staff, including drivers and support personnel, to ensure adherence to safety and service standards.
- Managed logistical administration to support sales team.
- Maintained accurate records of fleet operations, including fuel consumption, maintenance logs and operating expenses, to support budget management.
- Liaised with different departments for smooth logistics operation.
- Coordinated dispatching of goods according to regular distribution schedules to reliably meet delivery requirements during estimated time frame.
- Oversee the scheduling of transport activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively for daily delivery operations.
- Collected complete details of all delivery returns and discussed with sales coordinators for next cause of action.
- Successfully resolved customer issues with proper communications
- Collaborated with other departments to align transportation services with organizational goals & improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Switched between different jobs quickly to maximize efficiency and productivity Followed standard operating procedures to ensure high quality service delivery
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
