We are looking for a passionate and creative Wedding Planner cum Designer to join our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and designing weddings, from concept to execution, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute weddings from start to finish, ensuring every detail meets client expectations
- Conceptualize and design wedding themes, décor layouts, floral arrangements, and visual elements
- Manage vendor relationships, site visits, budgets, and client communication
- Coordinate timelines, floor plans, and event logistics
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into reality
- Stay updated on wedding trends and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding planning and event design
- Strong portfolio showcasing past wedding designs and setups
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Event Management, Design, or related field
- Proficiency in event planning tools or design software (e.g., Canva, AutoCAD, etc.)
Salary: AED 5000 - AED 7000
