Responsibilities:
- Supervise workshop staff and daily operations
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Ensure high-quality welding and fabrication work
- Maintain safety and productivity standards
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and technical welding skills
- Experience in steel fabrication and workshop management
- Ability to manage timelines and workflow efficiently
- UAE driving license
