· Supervise and lead a team of welders in the fabrication, installation, and repair of marine vessels and structures.
· Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures to ensure accurate execution of work.
· Schedule and assign welding tasks according to production requirements.
· Inspect welds for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with class society standards
· Enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations in accordance with company and industry standards.
· Coordinate with engineering, fitting, and other departments to maintain workflow and resolve technical issues.
· Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage and calibration.
· Train and mentor junior welders, promoting skills development and safety awareness.
· Document work progress, incidents, material usage, and any non-conformances.
· Assist with planning and estimating welding labor and materials for upcoming jobs.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,600.00 per month
