The Part-Time Welding Trainer is responsible for providing both practical and theoretical training in various welding techniques, including safety protocols and industry standards. Location:* Al Qusais – Dubai*
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both classroom and practical instruction in MIG, TIG, Arc, and other welding methods.
- Develop lesson plans, training content, and assessment tools aligned with course objectives.
- Maintain a safe and functional training environment, including equipment and workshop oversight.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through exams, practical tests, and ongoing assessments.
- Stay updated on advancements in welding technology and integrate relevant innovations into instruction.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student development.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and support internal and external audit/compliance processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certified Welder or Diploma in Welding Technology or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in welding and fabrication.
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
- Good communication and instructional skills.
- Knowledge of welding codes and safety regulations.
