Position Summary:
As the Wellness Evangelist at Wellheal Wellness Clinic, you serve as both the first point of contact and an ambassador of Wellheal’s integrative wellness philosophy. You play a central role in shaping each client’s experiences ensuring they feel welcomed, well-informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their entire wellness journey. This role combines client engagement, service coordination, and wellness advisory to deliver personalized, high-impact care experiences aligned with Wellheal’s integrative philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients from inquiry to post-care, recommending suitable wellness programs and therapies
- Educate clients on holistic and preventive care options
- Coordinate service flow by liaising with front desk, clinical, and operations teams
- Track client progress, collect feedback, and contribute to program improvements
- Uphold DHA compliance and clinic standards in all interactions
- Represent Wellheal at client events, orientations, and training sessions
- Contribute to development of wellness programs and staff mentorship
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Alternative Medicine (TCAM), or other medical-related fields is mandatory. Background in Integrative or Preventive Medicine is highly desirable.
- DHA eligibility or licensure is desired (Not Mandatory), especially if involved in wellness advisory or patient education roles.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare wellness setting, preferably within multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong knowledge of wellness principles, preventive healthcare, and integrative therapies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, physicians, therapists, and wellness teams.
- Ability to guide and educate clients in wellness program selection, goal setting, and follow-up care pathways.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for improving client outcomes and experiences.
- Well-organized and proactive with the ability to supervise service flows and recommend improvements.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal growth, lifelong learning, and professional excellence.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an added advantage.
