Job Purpose
To support the development and delivery of wellness programs that promote the physical, mental, and financial well-being of employees. The Wellness Executive works closely with clients to coordinate wellness activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Duties - Wellness Program Support
- Assist in the design and coordination of wellness initiatives tailored to client needs.
- Facilitate wellness sessions such as health screenings, stress management, fitness challenges, etc.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between client HR teams and wellness service providers.
- Support ongoing communication with clients regarding program status, engagement levels, and feedback.
Program Monitoring & Reporting
- Track participation rates and compile data for wellness program performance reports.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of wellness initiatives using feedback and KPIs.
Vendor & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate with external wellness vendors for scheduling and delivery of services.
- Ensure services align with client goals and quality expectations.
Communication & Awareness
- Assist in executing wellness communications plans using emailers, posters, and internal platforms.
- Promote wellness program participation through campaigns and awareness drives.
Training & Knowledge Building
- Help organize training sessions for client teams on available wellness resources.
- Stay updated on wellness trends to contribute new ideas and initiatives.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Support compliance by ensuring wellness activities meet local regulations and client-specific standards.
- Maintain documentation and records for wellness activities and evaluations.
Daily Duties - Primary Duties
- Coordinate logistics for wellness workshops and activities.
- Maintain wellness calendars and ensure timely execution of scheduled events.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback and survey responses.
- Prepare routine updates and dashboards on wellness participation and outcomes.
Secondary Duties
- Support internal teams in aligning wellness with broader HR initiatives.
- Contribute to wellness content creation for newsletters and awareness campaigns.
- Address basic client inquiries and escalate complex matters to the Wellness Manager.
Required Skills & Competencies - Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of corporate wellness planning and implementation.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.

Educational QualificationsEssential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in Health & Wellness, Fitness Training, or related areas (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in Mental Health Awareness, Employee Engagement, or Wellness Coaching.
Knowledge Requirements
- Familiarity with wellness trends and corporate well-being strategies.
- Awareness of UAE workplace wellness practices and regulations (preferred).
