Work Planner

Overview

Job Description

• Developing technical specifications based on specifications, plans and project objectives.
• Drawing up and following up on bill of quantities and calculations (including for additional and reduced work).
• Analyzing and comparing quotes, and advising the buyer on the selection of suppliers and contractors.
• Follow up on material orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Supporting the preparation of facility service schedules and monitoring these schedules during the absence of the planning manager.
• Drafting clear work instructions for technicians and contractors within the facility services.
• Maintaining contacts with colleagues, clients, (sub)contractors and suppliers, in the context of the execution of facility works.
• Support for the administrative follow-up of projects, including documentation, progress reporting and status overviews.

Job Requirements

• You have a technically oriented education (construction, electromechanics, facility management or equivalent through experience).
• You have strong analytical skills and can easily interpret technical plans and bill of quantities.
• You have experience with calculations, work preparation or project administration in a technical context.
• You work accurately and in a structured manner, with attention to detail and planning.
• You communicate fluently with various stakeholders and are customer-oriented.
