We are looking for an experienced Odoo Expert to support the full implementation and optimization of Odoo for our growing e-commerce and call center operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and automating workflows within Odoo.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Inventory, Invoicing, Website, eCommerce, Employees, and Studio.
- Customize workflows and dashboards for sales order processing, delivery tracking, and profit analysis.
- Integrate third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp API, payment gateways, shipping systems).
- Train our internal team (12 members) on using Odoo efficiently.
- Set up automated reporting (sales, profit, stock, etc.).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing Odoo (preferably v15 or later)
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules: Sales, Inventory, Invoicing, CRM, and Studio
- Ability to automate workflows and set up reporting dashboards
- Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and delivery tracking
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
- Arabic language is a plus (not mandatory)
