Job Title:
Receptionist – Typing Center (Residency / Work / Labor / ID / Medical Test Transactions)
Position available for females only
Job Objective:
To receive clients and provide them with initial support regarding residency, work, and labor-related transactions. Ensure smooth and efficient processing by coordinating with relevant government platforms and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner.
- Identify the type of transaction required and guide clients accordingly.
- Ensure all required documents are completed before processing.
- Respond to client inquiries politely and accurately (in person or by phone).
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized daily transaction records.
- Handle systems and transactions related to:
- TAS-HEEL
- GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs)
- Ministry of Labor
- Other related government authorities.
Job Requirements:
- Females only.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE – Location: Al Barsha, Dubai.
- Mandatory: Applicant must be on family sponsorship (husband, father, brother, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a government typing center is required.
- Full knowledge of UAE residency, work, and labor processing systems.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle customers professionally, even under pressure.
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary starting from AED 3,000 to 3,500 (based on experience and qualifications).
