We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Inventory Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of daily invoices, parts entries/exits, and payment transactions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily invoice entries in accounting or ERP software
- Track incoming and outgoing parts accurately
- Manage payment transactions, ensuring proper documentation
- Coordinate with the procurement and accounts team for inventory updates
- Assist in monthly closing and reporting
- Ensure all documentation is filed and organized properly
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices or stock movements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry, accounts, or inventory management
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems)
- Good understanding of invoice processing and payment workflows
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
