We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and taking minutes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks when needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
