- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.

- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and supports productivity.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
