Responsibilities:
- Maintain agent schedules and manage communication
- Prepare and manage MLS listings and transaction documents
- Support marketing efforts across print and digital platforms
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or real estate experience preferred
- Knowledge of real estate software and MLS systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service mindset
