The Admin Cum Sales Assistant is a dual-role position responsible for providing administrative support to the office while also assisting the sales team in customer service, order processing, and sales-related tasks. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties:
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
Schedule appointments, meetings.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Support onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operational.
Sales Support Duties:
Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations.
Follow up with clients via phone, email, or chat to provide product information and support sales efforts.
Update and maintain customer databases (CRM) with accurate client information and sales records.
Participate in sales meetings and take minutes when required.
Assist in marketing activities, such as social media updates, promotional emails, and event coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
Experience: 1-2 years in administrative and/or sales support roles in UAE .
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
