We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper record-keeping
- Coordinate with other departments for internal processes
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, etc.)
- Support HR, finance, and logistics teams with admin-related tasks
- Maintain employee and office records in a secure and organized manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
