We're looking for Admin and Procurement professional with a background in the Food & Beverage industry.
Payroll & HR Support
Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on time
Track employee attendance and timesheets.
Scheduling Annual vacations, managing sick leaves.
Maintain staff files and ensure HR compliance
Purchase, Sourcing & managing the suppliers.
Communicate with suppliers for new product inquiries, manage the supply issues, pricing negotiations, and order coordination
Review, verify, and process supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare supplier payments monthly coordinating with the accounting team.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth workflow and coordination between departments
Ensure timely updates and compliance with DMCC regulations and internal policies.
DMCC Visa & Staff Insurance & Documentation
Handle staff visa applications, renewals, and cancellations via the DMCC Free Zone Authorities.
Coordinate Emirates ID, medical tests, and related documentation.
Maintain proper filing of contracts, legal documents, and company licenses.
Manage staff medical insurance applications.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Administration & Procurement with a background in Food & Beverage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
We prefer applications from candidates with a cancelled employment residence visa or those on a visit visa, as this is an urgent requirement for immediate joining.
