Trend Land Real Estate is a dynamic property agency specializing in sales, rentals, and investments across Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, provide support to the sales team, manage records, and ensure efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Manage and organize property listings on portals and company database
- Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling viewings and coordinating with brokers
- Maintain accurate filing and record systems
- Perform general administrative duties to support management and the sales team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (Real estate experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be based in Dubai
